Deer Valley
Deer Valley Ski Resort is a world-renowned ski destination located in Park City, Utah. The resort boasts some of the best grooming and snowmaking in the industry, and offers a wide variety of terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. The ski season at Deer Valley typically runs from mid-December to early April, depending on snow conditions.
Annual snowfall at the resort averages around 300 inches per year, ensuring that the slopes are well covered throughout the season. The resort is known for its light, dry powder snow, which is a favorite among skiers and snowboarders.
In addition to its excellent ski terrain, Deer Valley also offers a number of other features for visitors to enjoy. These include several terrain parks for freestyle skiers and snowboarders, as well as on-mountain dining and a variety of other activities and events.

We get to this number by combining a number of metrics for each resort and comparing them to its peers. Most of the score is based off the amount of easy-intermediate-expert slopes by acreage and the maximum vertical drop of the overall resort, but also includes a few lesser-used metrics as well.
