Finding all the Grand Canyon National Park Signs
The Grand Canyon National Park is a bucket list for many people. It is truly an amazing sight to see, and it honestly doesn’t look real once you’re there. The Grand Canyon NP covers over 1.2 million acres in northern Arizona.
There are welcome signs at all four sections of the park (North, East, South, and West). Not all signs are behind the fee area, but if you make it this far, you had better enter the park. It’s one of the most incredible place’s I’ve ever been.

Grand Canyon West Sign
Unlike the rest of the signs on this page for the Grand Canyon, these two particular signs are not located within the boundary of the Grand Canyon National Park. Instead, these signs sit within the Hualapai Indian Reservation, about 5 hours west of the South Rim.
The Grand Canyon West, as it’s called, is wholly separate from the National Park that goes by the same name. The Hualapai people have created a tourism business in this part of the canyon, and is famous for two things: helicopter tours and the Skywalk bridge.
To get to these two signs, you’ll need to enter the Grand Canyon West area, which has a daily ticket price starting at around $65 and increasing from there if you add in Skywalk access, food and other tours. Most people visit Grand Canyon West when coming from Las Vegas for a day trip.
Old Grand Canyon Signs
Most of the Grand Canyon signs that are there today have replaced older ones that are lost to the history books. Below are some photos I found that showed how these signs used to look.
