Northeast

The Northeast US has the least amount of National Parks of our other regions, but that doesn’t mean it should be ignored. There are hundreds of other NPS sites in the region, including plenty of historical landmarks (think Boston or Washington DC), scenic byways, and countless national forests.

Northeast States: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey.
