Pacific Northwest National Parks

The Pacific Northwest refers to the northwestern portion of the USA bordered in the west by the Pacific Ocean and the Cascade Mountains to the east. This region primarily includes the states of Washington and Oregon, but at times includes northern California, western Idaho and the southern tip of Alaska.

This lush region is known for its dramatic coastline, snow-capped mountains and rainforest-like old growth forests.
